We have to have the following meeting cancellation policy:
- Meetings Cancelled with More than 24 hours Notice – No Charge
- Meetings Cancelled with 12-24 hours Notice – 50% hourly consultancy rate
- Meetings Cancelled with less than 12 hours notice – full hourly consultancy rate
- Missed meetings – full hourly consultancy rate
Exceptional circumstances will of course always be considered separately.
