And at times you may need to cancel or reschedule a meeting with us.

We have to have the following meeting cancellation policy:

  • Meetings Cancelled with More than 24 hours Notice – No Charge
  • Meetings Cancelled with 12-24 hours Notice – 50% hourly consultancy rate
  • Meetings Cancelled with less than 12 hours notice – full hourly consultancy rate
  • Missed meetings – full hourly consultancy rate

Exceptional circumstances will of course always be considered separately.
